Join a mission-driven team providing direct clinical services to families experiencing housing instability.
Key Details:
Conduct individual and family therapy sessions focused on trauma recovery, emotional regulation, and stabilization
Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in a timely and professional manner
Facilitate case conferences and collaborate with case managers, housing advocates, and external providers
Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed, maintaining a calm and supportive presence
Full-time, on-site schedule: Mon (11am-7pm), Tue-Fri (9am-5pm)
Requires LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC + 2 years of clinical experience
Multilingual candidates strongly encouraged (Spanish or Haitian Creole preferred)
