Cummins Behavioral Health Systems is seeking a Licensed Clinical Team Leader for our Crisis Team in Avon, Indiana. Job Summary:
The Licensed Clinical Team Leader for Crisis Team is a clinical operation leader who provides direct clinical supervision and team oversight to providers on the crisis team. The team leader is responsible for the teams’ quality of clinical care, CCBHC metrics, and program satisfaction. Additionally, the Licensed Clinical Team Leader plays a critical role in managing the programs’ recruitment, retention, and building upon the foundation already in place.

Essential Functions:
+ Provide clinical supervision (individual and group) to a team of crisis clinicians.
+ Oversee day-to-day operations of the Hendricks County Crisis Hub, including triage and scheduling.
+ Ensure high standards of care, accurate documentation, and performance improvement.
+ Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of qualified crisis staff.
+ Participate in organizational initiatives, task forces, and cross-functional leadership collaboration.
+ Serve as a member of the after-hours crisis response team.
Qualifications:
+ Indiana Licensure Required: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCAC (Clinicians near licensure may be considered with relevant crisis experience)
+ Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Addictions Counseling
+ Strong clinical and leadership skills, with experience in team supervision or mentoring
+ High emotional intelligence and the ability to manage crisis situations effectively
+ Knowledge of community mental health and state-level behavioral health systems
