Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) About the Role The facility is seeking an independent Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide on-site counseling, crisis intervention, and psychosocial support across a diverse patient population. The LCSW will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized plans of care, conduct assessments, form diagnoses, and create treatment plans. This role is strictly clinical — not case management — and requires strong therapeutic skills and comfort working with patients experiencing acute emotional or behavioral needs. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring a Wisconsin-licensed LCSW. Key Responsibilities + Provide counseling and therapeutic interventions across the age span + Conduct psychosocial assessments and formulate diagnoses + Develop and implement individualized treatment plans + Deliver crisis intervention and stabilization services + Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient care + Document assessments, interventions, and progress notes accurately + Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards + Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary communication + Follow all facility, state, and federal regulations + Perform additional duties as assigned Shift Schedule Shift: Day Shift Hours: 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM Meal Break: 45-minute unpaid (11:45 AM – 12:30 PM) Schedule: Monday–Friday Minimum Requirements + Master’s degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program + Active Wisconsin LCSW license (independent level required) + Minimum one year of social work experience preferred + Strong counseling background (not case management) + Ability to form diagnoses and treatment plans + Comfortable with crisis intervention + Current CPR (if applicable) + TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (as required) + Current health certificate (per state/contract regulations) + Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements + Strong communication skills; English proficiency required + Must be at least 18 years of age Compensation Packages Local LCSW Local Pay: $59 Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,360 Travel LCSW Hourly Pay: $34 Meals: $476 Housing: $770 Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,606 Facility Information This role supports a clinical behavioral health environment requiring strong therapeutic skills, crisis management, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
