**Clinical Lead** **Location:** Mesa, AZ **Employment Type:** Full-Time We are seeking a dedicated **Clinical Lead** to join our integrated behavioral healthcare team. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by guiding clinical staff and ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care for individuals experiencing behavioral health challenges, substance use disorders, homelessness, and mental illness. **About the Role** As the Clinical Lead, you will provide clinical direction to assigned teams, ensuring fidelity to approved evidence-based practices (EBP). You will conduct clinical staffing, audits, and consultations to maintain program effectiveness and compliance with policies, contractual requirements, and ethical standards.
