Merakey is looking for a Licensed Clinical Coordinator for our adult Long-Term Structured Residential (LTSR) programs located in the Germantown and Chestnut Hill sections of Philadelphia.  

 

Salary mid to upper 60's per year based on experience.

 

GENERAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Treatment

Conduct group and individual therapy with residents. Complete monthly Treatment Plans for assigned residents. Work with residents on developing and attaining recovery goals. De-escalate crisis situations and debrief staff as needed.

 

Program Coordination

Monitor the workflow of the daily shifts. Communicate clinical information to incoming shifts to ensure continuity of care for residents. Supervise the Shift Supervisors that are assigned. Monitor the documentation completed during the shifts.

 

Administrative

Have knowledge of the LTSR regulations and Merakey policies and standards. Ensure direct report completes all assigned training in LMS. Participate in the weekly Treatment Team meeting as a Mental Health Professional. Participate in meetings and trainings as needed. Other duties as assigned.
