Huntersville Health and Rehabilitation is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center dedicated to providing compassionate, resident-centered care. We are seeking a licensed Beautician/Barber to provide on-site salon services that enhance our residents’ dignity, confidence, and quality of life.
✂️ Position SummaryThe Beautician will provide professional hair and grooming services to residents in accordance with facility policies and state regulations. This role plays an important part in supporting residents’ emotional well-being and personal care.
✅ ResponsibilitiesProvide haircuts, styling, shampooing, and grooming services for residents
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe salon environment
Follow all infection control and facility policies
Maintain accurate service logs and charge sheets
Communicate respectfully with residents, families, and staff
Maintain current licensure and liability insurance
? QualificationsCurrent North Carolina Cosmetology or Barber License (required)
Experience working with seniors or in healthcare settings preferred
Knowledge of sanitation and infection control practices
Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
Ability to work independently as an independent contractor
