Licensed Administrative Assistant (Financial Services)

We’re looking for a Licensed Administrative Assistant in the boutique financial services industry in Saskatoon, SK. This is an onsite position.

Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct & Practice Handbook (CPH) is strongly preferred.

The Licensed Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting advisors with client coordination, account administration, and day-to-day operational workflows to ensure a seamless client experience.

Licensed Administrative Assistant responsibilities:

Coordinate and prepare materials for client and prospect meetings, ensuring all details are organized in advance Prepare, process, and manage new account opening documentation and client onboarding materials Provide proactive client service by responding to inquiries related to transactions, documentation, and reporting Maintain and update existing client accounts, tracking timelines, key dates, and follow-up items Manage daily tasks and client records using the firm’s contact management and CRM systems Support account servicing activities including transfers, updates, and documentation follow-up Provide general administrative and operational support to the advisory team to ensure smooth office operations

The successful candidate has:

2+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services administration, or a related role Post-secondary education in business, finance, or a related field Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct & Practice Handbook (CPH) is strongly preferred Prior experience in the securities industry (strong asset) Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and time management Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort using tools such as DocuSign and CRM systems

Compensation and benefits:

The discussed salary range is $75,000 – $85,000 depending on experience Candidates with additional licensing or deeper securities experience may be considered at higher compensation Comprehensive benefits package Opportunity to build a long-term career within a stable, client-focused boutique wealth firm
