Job Skills / Requirements Must have your-Texas Agriculture Commercial Pesticide Applicator License HES- seeking a skilled Pesticide Applicator to join our team. The Pesticide Applicator’s responsibilities include the following established safety protocols, correctly mixing and applying pesticides, and maintaining records of all pesticide applications. The Pesticide Applicator should be able to diagnose and treat infestations, as well as proactively prevent future pest problems. Candidates should have a sound understanding of pest biology and behavior, safe pesticide handling, and the ability to operate application equipment. They must safely handle, mix, and apply pesticides and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Their main duties and responsibilities include: + Identify pest problems and determine appropriate pesticide treatments + Measure, mix, and prepare pesticide solutions or baits according to instructions and safety regulations + Apply pesticides in and around buildings, landscapes, agricultural lands, or public spaces + Operate equipment and machinery to disperse pesticides, such as sprayers, foggers, or bait stations + Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to protect themselves, others, and the environment + Maintain records of pesticides to report compliance with regulatory bodies + Clean and service equipment after each application to ensure its proper functioning + Stay updated on new pesticide products, application techniques, and relevant regulations + Educate customers on pest management and preventive measures #HESIntegrity2025 Additional Information / Benefits Optional daily pay Benefits: Medical Insurance This is a Full-Time position 1st Shift.
