Pay Rate: £45,172 based on a 48 hour week
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Sunday to Thursday - start times available between 15:00-23:00
Location: Trade Team, Burton on Trent - DE14 1PT

DHL, award winning leading supply chain business is seeking experienced LGV C+E (HGV Class 1) Night Drivers to play a vital role in our distribution service.

\n

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

\n\nWork pattern Sunday to Thursday - set start times available between 15:00-23:00 (flexibility required)\nBrewery work - trunking of product to other depot - trailer swapping or palletised customer deliveries\nSome RDC work will include occasional self tip using an electric pump truck\nOvertime and additional shifts available\nWork for other business units will be required as part of the role\nComply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations\n\n

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

\n\nYou will hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C+E), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card \nCandidates must have a MINIMUM of 12 months commercial LGV C+E driving experience.\nSuitable candidates MUST live locally to Burton Upon Trent DE14 1PT\n\n
