Level 5 - Export Specialist
In this role, the individual collaborates with affiliates, customer service, and logistics teams to improve service delivery and streamline processes. They are responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate shipment of export orders while upholding safety and productivity standards. Additionally, they coordinate with the credit team to address inventory concerns as well as interact with Industrial Sales Management and Marketing resources in North America. **Required:** Ability to work 10:00AM - 6:30PM Monday – Friday High School Diploma, or 2+ years warehouse experience in lieu of 3+ Years Warehouse / Logistics experience Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word Highly motivated, self-starter with strong organizational skills Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a professional demeanor Work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize and pivot as necessary. Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) equipment Demonstrated ability to analyze details and provide solutions Must be able to work and communicate with all professional levels. - **Preferred:** Previous experience with export processing Proficient in JDA and SAP Work proactively with affiliates, customer service, and logistics to improve service and reduce process time Ensures accurate and timely shipment of all Export orders meeting the standards of safety, security, and productivity Follows SOPs regarding shipping requirements, identifies and resolves daily operational issues Responsible for shipping internationally, which involves complying with specific requirements that vary by country. Understanding the regulations of the destination country is essential for effective billing and shipping functions. Providing border documentation and the ability to look up requirements Requesting bin checks and working with inventory to validate customer concerns/credits.
