Ensures high availability, security, and optimal performance of unified communications services. **Key Roles & Responsibilities** + Design, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Teams andvoice solutions, including integration with Audiocodes SBCs and OVOC management. + Manage and support the VoIP backbone, ensuring seamless connectivity between on-premises and cloud telephony systems. + Provision, configure, and troubleshoot managed phones and ATA devices. + Monitor system health, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve incidents. + Collaborate with internal Teams and vendors. + Maintain documentation and ensure compliance. + Mentor junior team members. **Knowledge Skills & Attributes** + Proven experience with Microsoft Teams, Audiocodes SBCs (Mediant series), and OVOC. + Strong understanding of VoIP backbone architecture, SIP trunking, and PSTN integration. + Experience with managed phones and ATA devices. + Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. **Academic Qualifications & Certifications** + Microsoft Teams Administrator Associate (preferred) + Audiocodes Certified Professional (desirable) **Required Experience** + 3+ years in unified communications or voice engineering roles. + Experience with enterprise-scale deployments and troubleshooting. **Technical Expertise** + Microsoft Teams (Phone system, Direct Routing) + Audiocodes SBCs & OVOC + VoIP backbone + managed phones & ATA devices + Scripting (PowerShell desirable) **Workplace type** **:** **About NTT DATA** NTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
