Job Title: IT Support Specialist
Languages required: fluency in English & Danish
Locations:
4 days onsite each week in Copenhagen 2 days each month in Kalundborg Occasional visits to a site in Norway (flight & accommodation covered by client)Project Duration: Initially until 28/03/2026, followed by long term extension
Setup: Fixed term contract (daily rate)
We are seeking a highly proactive and tech-savvy IT Support Specialist fluent in English and Danish. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, customer service, and continuous improvement within enterprise IT environments.
Key Technologies & Responsibilities:
Windows 10 & Office 365: Act as a power user, providing support, performing software installations, and scripting changes. SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager): Deploy software, patches, and updates. ServiceNow & ITIL: Manage incidents and service requests within structured ITIL processes (certification a plus). Active Directory & Exchange: Support account management and email services. Hardware Support: Install, move, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and Cisco desk phones. Network Fundamentals: Perform basic troubleshooting across LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and networked print devices. Remote Tools: Utilise administrative tools for remote diagnosis and resolution. Onsite Support: Provide face-to-face technical assistance and customer-focused solutions across multiple locations.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT support Strong communicator with a service-oriented mindset Positive, flexible, and solutions-focused Willingness to travel and learn new technologies
