LES Specialty Development Executive, Screening and Coaching

Labcorp Employer Services has an exciting opportunity for a Specialty Development Executive focused on our Screening and Coaching business.  We are looking for a highly collaborative, dynamic sales individual that will work closely with our sales and account management team to drive revenue growth and strengthen our market position.  This is a national position and will require some travel.

Responsibilities: 

Meet and exceed sales goals and achieve maximum sales growth across our Screening and Coaching portfolio 

Stay updated on new services, clinical guidelines, new developments in the industry & research trends

Use market data, sales analytics and insights to identify new business opportunities

Provide updates and recommendations to senior leadership on key strategic initiatives, market dynamics and new opportunities

Successfully build and execute an annual business plan with quarterly updates 

Work closely with the sales team to provide the best solutions for our customers

Provide education and training to sales team members and act as Subject Matter Expert

Present screening and coaching services to potential clients, customize proposals, and negotiate contracts

Cold call and build a sales pipeline that will provide ongoing revenue goal achievement 

Accurately forecast and maintain a sales funnel of new opportunities in-line with the quota 

Effectively communicate value propositions to all targeted customers and prospects 

Perform training and implementation with pertinent personnel 

Update all relevant customer and prospect information into CRM Data Management Systems 

Function as a liaison between the client and LES/Labcorp.

Keep current with the competition's products, service offerings and activity

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all company support departments internally

Update all relevant customer account information into Salesforce

Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to tailor sales strategies and messaging

Identify and attend industry conferences that will further our brand recognition and generate new business opportunities 

Requirements: 

Bachelor's degree or higher required

5+ years of outside sales experience is required 

Experience in workplace wellness   

Effective at building strong relationships at multiple levels

Strong persuasiveness as well as influencing and closing skills  

Strong communication skills:  written and verbal 

Excels in a team environment

Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, competitive market   

Excellent time management and organization skills 

Proficient in Power Point & Excel 

Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record 

Work Location:

Remote position

Overnight travel to client visits, sales events and trade shows is required (up to 25% travel)

Pay Range: $85,000 - $125,000/yr

All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. 

Variable Compensation Sales:

The position is also eligible for bonus and/or commissions under the applicable variable compensation plan.  Bonus/commissions are earned based on achievement of performance metrics under the plan.
