This Quality Assurance Manager is a key resource within the Governance team. This individual will ensure quality gate checks are performed. They will develop master test plans for major initiatives such as upgrades and the migration to RISE. The role will review the project test plans for enhancements to ensure that we have the right coverage levels which will include cross team dependencies as end-to end testing. This role will help identify what test cases need to be added to the regression automation suite or performance testing suite. Since the QAE has a strong understanding of the automation process, they will ensure that teams are educated on how best to approach automation scripting.

Key job responsibilities
Creating, implementing, and maintaining test plans for SAP systems and applications
Performing functional testing of SAP modules and reporting any issues or defects
Working closely with business and technical teams along with floor walkers to understand and analyze business requirements
Providing effective solutions and improvements to enhance the quality of SAP systems
Ensuring that all SAP systems are in compliance with company policies and standards
Documenting all test results and maintaining the data in the SAP system
Assisting in the development and implementation of new SAP modules or updates
Conducting regular audits and checks on SAP systems and applications to ensure optimal functionality
Providing training and support to users on SAP systems and applications
Keeping abreast of the latest trends and updates in SAP software
Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
- 6+ years of delivering test frameworks, test tools, leading the QA projects and initiatives experience
- Knowledge of QA methodology and tools, with demonstrated experience in an QAE role
- Experience in automation testing

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
