As a Control Management Associate in our Finance team, you will spend each day overseeing control issue identification, escalation, evaluation, and remediation. As a Control Management Associate in our Finance team, you will play an instrumental role in promoting consistency of approach across both Corporate and Line of Business Finance teams.

 

Job responsibilities 

Develop an enhanced operating model and organizational structure that allows for the continuous assessment of the control environmentDesign and implement an evaluation process that will assess the impact of issues and deficiencies raised across RCSA, SOX, CCAP, Internal Audit, External Regulators and Attestation QualificationsTarget a single source of reporting across Finance to support Control Environment Affirmations and RepresentationsIdentify opportunities to automate control testing and to implement continuous monitoring rather than point-in-time evaluation

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

3+ years of business and financial management experienceExecution focused self-starter with strong initiative and eye for detail; able to take ownership and work independently, as well as on a teamExcellent oral and written communication skillsSolid organizational skills and ability to prioritizeComfortable operating in a demanding and fast-paced environmentResponds with flexibility in dynamic environment and comfortable with addressing ambiguityDemonstrated ability to partner well and influence others
