Wells Fargo is seeking a Lending Operations Senior Manager to lead a high-performing team supporting the origination of high credit limit credit card products within Cards, Merchant Services & Personal Loans as part of Consumer Lending. This leader will collaborate closely with internal partners to shape and execute operational strategies, guide risk and compliance practices, and deliver an exceptional experience for affluent clients. **In this role, you will:**
+ Manage and develop Loan Servicing teams that will assist with the origination of a high credit limit card products and support application process
+ Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners, and peers associated with the Cards, Merchant Services & Personal Loans Underwriting and Specialty Credit functional area
+ Participate in the formulation and implementation of new and revised systems, policies, and guidelines
+ Oversee implementation of practices to ensure compliance with Wells Fargo legal, investor, regulatory, or business policies
+ Determine appropriate strategies and actions of Credit Services team to meet moderate to high risk deliverables
+ Interpret and develop policies and procedures for meeting compliance, risk management, and quality standards
+ Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including executive level managers
+ Interact with external customers throughout the conducting of the credit origination process
+ Provide leadership on high quality customer experience
+ Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 6+ years of Transactions and Processing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
+ 3+ years of management or leadership experience
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ 6+ years of experience supporting the affluent customer segment and delivering a white glove service experience
+ Demonstrated expertise in Credit Card products, with a deep understanding of credit card origination process for high-limit offerings
+ Expertise in credit risk policy, compliance, monitoring, and documentation requirements
+ Proven relationship management skills, with track record of building trust, leading teams, and implementing innovative solutions in high-value client environments
+ Experience supporting or partnering with Financial Advisors, Wealth Management, or Private Banking teams to meet the needs of sophisticated banking relationships
+ Demonstrated experience serving as a key contributor on large scale projects or initiatives, with a background in project management and/or strategic planning
+ Demonstrated success in operationalizing strategic initiatives and change management within a regulated financial services environment
+ Proven inspirational leadership skills with significant experience in attracting, retaining, and developing talent
+ Ability to synthesize complex, multi-dimensional concepts into clear, actionable insights and decisions
+ Executive presence with a track record of influencing senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to drive strategic outcomes
+ Strong analytical skills with experience reviewing complex consumer requests, evaluating product and process decisions, and ensuring transactional accuracy and completeness
+ Understanding of agile product development, product discovery and customer experience best practices
+ Strategic thinker with demonstrated experience executing business priorities
**Job Expectations:**
+ Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
+ This position offers a hybrid work schedule

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$119,000.00 - $206,000.00
