\n\t\t\t\t\tMonitor and manage existing credit relationships, including reviewing financials, borrowing base reports, and covenant compliance\nAssist with collection efforts on past-due accounts and resolve documentation exceptions\nActively develop new business through networking, referrals, and community involvement\nStructure loan terms, including pricing, repayment schedules, and collateral requirements\nPrepare comprehensive loan presentations and supporting documentation in accordance with bank policy\nMentor and support junior lending staff in credit processes and portfolio management\nCollaborate with internal partners, including mortgage officers, to generate referrals and cross-sell opportunities\nPresent loan requests to appropriate loan committees when outside individual lending authority\nEnsure compliance with all bank policies, regulatory requirements, and information security standards\nAssist with collection efforts on past due loan payments and use support staff to resolve file exceptions\nAnalyze financial statements and related data to assess creditworthiness and loan viability\nManage problem credits and execute workout strategies as needed\nOversee loan documentation process and provide guidance to support staff\nInterview prospective agricultural and commercial clients to evaluate the feasibility of credit requests\nMaintain regular contact with existing clients to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities\nParticipate in community and civic activities to enhance the bank\u2019s presence\nPerform additional duties and special projects as assigned

\n\t\t\t\t\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field\nMinimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial or agricultural lending, credit analysis, or bank examining\nStrong working knowledge of loan structuring and documentation\nProven ability to analyze financial statements and assess credit risk\nExperience with business development and client relationship management is highly preferred\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nStrong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities\nProficiency with banking systems and general computer applications\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams\nHigh level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
