What will you work on at Hilton Geneva ?
Join the dynamic team of our LivingWell Health Club and help provide our guests with an exceptional fitness and wellness experience!
As a Leisure Coach reporting to the Leisure Supervisor, you will be an ambassador for both our club and the hotel. Your mission is to deliver impeccable quality services in a safe and welcoming environment, while fostering the loyalty of our members and guests.

Lead group fitness classes (strength, cardio, aqua fitness, etc.)Provide personal coaching sessions and offer tailored training programsTeach swimming lessons and ensure pool safety as a certified Lifeguard (certification required)Ensure compliance with the club’s quality, hygiene, and safety standardsManage the reception desk: greeting guests, handling calls, emails, and class schedulingConduct commercial prospecting to develop membershipsPromote and sell our services as personal coaching and swimming lessonActively contribute to member and hotel guest loyalty through personalized and warm service

For this specific job opportunity, we would value the following skills, experience and attitude:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a fitness coach in a club or hotelLifeguard certification / BNSSA or Swiss equivalent requiredPassionate about fitness, wellness, and customer relationsFluent in French and EnglishExcellent service mindset, team spirit, and dynamism
