This is a position for a sales professional who is excited to grow their career with Consilio as a Legal Solutions Consultant. The ideal candidate is someone who loves to connect with others, exhibits judgment, maturity, confidence, and professionalism, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Researching/identifying potential client contacts, generating leads, and uncovering high-value opportunitiesDriving business through outbound phone calls, preparing and sending strategic e-mails to prospective clients specific to their business or legal needsManaging full-cycle sales including account management driving revenue across Consilio’s service lines, with a focus on our professional services offeringsCommunicating with clients regarding their business needs to ensure a high quality of interaction in all sales meetingsDriving sales through all aspects of the sales cycle, including scheduling follow-up meetings and managing the pipelines of completed meetings to ensure all prospective clients are being contacted throughout the year, managing proposals, negotiations, and closing Qualifications Outbound selling skills, account management, and closing experienceSense of urgency, drive, and commitment to routinely exceed monthly activity metricsExemplary service ethics when contributing to individual and team goalsHighly persuasive verbal communication skills, and excellent written communication skillsPoise, confidence, and maturity to interact with senior client levelsTenacity and resilience with a will to keep going despite rejectionsForward-thinking and solutions-oriented approach at all timesStrong MS Office and Salesforce skillsBachelor’s degree from an accredited school or equivalent experience
