Legal Services Administrator
Compensation Range $72,000 - $80,000 / Hour Position Overview: Eligible for a hybrid work schedule split between home & office, with a minimum of 3 days in the office each week. This role is a dynamic blend of litigation support, legal research, and cross-department collaboration, providing vital assistance to the General Counsel and VP of Legal Services. From reviewing documents, prioritizing lawsuits, and drafting legal correspondence, to preparing responses for agencies and supporting depositions, hearings, and trials, you’ll play a key part in keeping cases and compliance matters moving smoothly. You’ll work closely with attorneys to research issues, assemble exhibits, and summarize testimony, while also partnering with teams across HR, Operations, Risk, Finance, IT, and Marketing to ensure the company’s legal obligations are met. Here’s more of what you’ll get to do: Provide litigation support to the General Counsel and VP of Legal Services, including document review, and prioritizing summons, lawsuits, arbitrations and administrative hearings. Perform research (factual, legal, internet and other) to identify issues and relevant matters. Analyzes and reviews documents as required by attorneys specific to case issues and determines necessary information. Draft legal documents and correspondence for review and approval by attorneys. Prepare written responses to agency inquiries, investigations, and requests for information, including drafting and revising position statements, responses to requests for production of documents. Prepare for and attends depositions, hearings, trials and arbitrations. Coordinates assembly of exhibits and appendices for court papers, witness sets, depositions and trials. Summarizes deposition and trial exhibits and transcripts. Track and assist company entities with legal and compliance related questions. Assist attorneys in planning, organizing, coordinating and tracking programs and projects associated with various legal matters. Work with a variety of internal departments, including Human Resources, Operations, Risk Services, Finance, IT, and Marketing to ensure timely handling and completion of the company’s legal activities. Conduct training programs for management and company personnel regarding legal issues. Assist with department projects as needed and performs other work-related duties as assigned.
