Allied Universal® is hiring a Legal Services Administrator. The Legal Services Administrator will process and handle company subpoenas and record requests and provide administrative support to the Legal Services Group.
This role is 100% onsite at our Conshohocken, PA headquarters.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports Legal Services Group by coordinating and issuing responses to company subpoenas and requests for information from various law firms, employees, state, and federal agencies (i.e. OPM, District Attorney, FBI, and Police Departments).Provide administrative support within the Employment Practices, Risk Management and Contract Compliance groups assisting in the handling of various legal matters, processing invoices and check requisitions.Provide guidance and direction to district office personnel in coordinating company subpoena responses and requests for information.Handle daily communication with record retrieval companies, government agencies and law firms.Manage Legal Services Group public mailboxes & CT corp subpoena/record notifications.Maintain the Subpoena/Record Requests database.Creates and maintains legal files in Safari.Supports Legal Services Group in handling requests for performance bonds, bid bonds, and certificates of insurance.QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School Diploma or GEDExperience: At least 2 years of administrative or clerical experience Understands and prioritizes timeframes associated with response to subpoenas and other legal documents.Must have a high level of interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy at all times.Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization effectively.Solid working knowledge of MS Office Suite, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.High attention to detail, with the ability to work productively in a fast-paced environment and to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.Ability to work independently while following stated procedures and instructions.BENEFITS:
