PwC is seeking an experienced lawyer to join our Legal Business Solutions team based in Ulaanbaatar as a Manager/Senior Associate for our energy and/or infrastructure legal practice. This role offers the challenge of leading and growing the legal practice in the energy and/or infrastructure legal practice, with opportunities to work on diverse projects, teams, and clients. 

What you will do: 

Manage the energy and/or infrastructure legal practice while contributing to multi-disciplinary legal service projects. 

Serve as a subject matter expert, drawing on industry knowledge and legal skills to advise and guide clients and project teams. 

Contribute to the development of the legal team and support team members in achieving their goals. 

Stay updated on commercial trends, local economic issues, and their legal implications within the energy sector. 

Engage in business development activities to identify opportunities and foster relationships with new and existing clients. 

What you will bring along: 

Qualified lawyer (admitted to Mongolian Bar Association) with 5+ years of experience in advising on energy and/or infrastructure related projects. 

Experience in consultancy services with strong business acumen. 

Strong technical skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment on complex legal issues. 

Proficiency in English and Mongolian, both verbal and written. 

Demonstrated ability to effectively work in multidisciplinary teams, manage multiple tasks, and efficiently delegate responsibilities. 

Leadership capacity to manage projects within tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
