The Opportunity
Join our Group Legal Operations team and help shape the future of corporate governance. We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional with expertise in legal entity management and a passion for process improvement and technology.

The Key Responsibilities include:

Provide support to company affiliates worldwide with corporate documentation and ensuring compliance with governance requirements.

Update and report on the global Legal Entity Management System.

Support restructurings, integrations, and other corporate projects.

Drive process improvements and implement legal tech solutions.

Collaborate with stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Tax, and Compliance.

Who you are

Experience in legal operations, corporate governance, or paralegal work (multinational exposure a plus).

Knowledge of entity management and legal technology tools, with an understanding of emerging AI applications in the legal field.

Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Certification in Paralegal studies, Business Administration, or similar.

Fluent in English to a Business level, German and other languages are an advantage.
