Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications. This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan. **What We’re Looking For** : **Qualifications** : + Currently enrolled as a 1L or 2L in a JD program at an ABA-accredited law school. + Strong record of high academic achievement with an interest in corporate, commercial, and regulatory law. + Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, interpersonal, and communications skills. + Intellectual curiosity with attention to detail. + Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage deadlines effectively + Foundational understanding of AI concepts and enthusiasm for exploring how legal‑tech and AI tools can support attorneys by accelerating research, enhancing drafting, improving knowledge management, and reducing manual workload. Interest in developing practical awareness of how AI can be applied within a modern in‑house legal department. + Candidates must be fully available to work in a hybrid role in New York for the duration of the internship (June 1, 2026 to August 7, 2026).
