Purpose and Mission Responsible for supporting the legal team by performing various administrative and legal tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the legal department. Key Activities and Responsibilities

1、就各种法律问题进行法律研究；

2、在法律顾问的指导下进行简单的合同起草和审查工作；

3、法律文件的翻译；

4、在公司项目中协助法律顾问，如法律问题研究、起草法律文件或程序性文件、向政府部门进行咨询等；

5、法律文件和数据库的归档。

Skills

1、本科及以上，法学专业，有相关实习经验就更棒了；

2、可实习至少实习6个月，每周至少工作4天；

3、较强的法律英语能力，法律分析和研究能力，具有扎实、全面的法律知识或法律知识背景；

4、灵活、靠谱、反应快、效率高；

5、目前已在上海的同学优先。

Previous Experience Experience in a legal or administrative role s is beneficial Qualifications and Education Bachelor degree in law, business administration, or a related field.    Be bold and take the leap!
