Legal Intake Specialist
Job Description Insight Global is assisting a legal client of ours in identifying a Legal Intake Specialist for a new team they are building out. Legal Intake Specialists are the very first point of contact for individuals seeking legal representation, playing a pivotal role in shaping the client’s experience. Intake specialists are responsible for handling all inbound inquiries via phone, web form, email, or live chat. Key Responsibilities - Initiate & complete the intake process, as well as assist with the client sign-up process of a retainer agreement - Collect detailed & relevant information about the potential claim to confirm eligibility & qualify injury claims by using a defined set of criteria. - Clearly explain next steps and transition clients to the Case Management team, including case managers, paralegals and attorneys. Skills and Requirements - 3+ years of Telesales experience in insurance, legal, healthcare, or related backgrounds - Experience working in an incentive based position - Experience calling over 100+ inbound and outbound leads per day - Familiarity with CRM and VoIP systems - Medical, Legal, or Insurance Sales experience - A College Degree - Bilingual in Spanish (3K base salary increase)
