Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Legal Executive Assistant to join a prestigious law firm client in Chicago. This individual will directly support five partners across different practice areas of the law firm and will be an integral member of the legal assistant group. In this role, the legal executive assistant will be provided extensive training and the opportunity for career growth.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Manage internal and client requests/matters while maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Aligned to the partner’s practice, keeping the partner informed on all upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
o Review inbox, manage calendar, assess expenses, arrange travel, coordinate meetings etc.
• Proactively coordinates internal/external meetings with limited direction. Arranges proper logistics based on meeting requirements (visitor offices, conference room, video conference and dial-in number, as appropriate).
• Reconcile and process expenses; manage timekeepers’ diaries (coordinate the review of proformas, tracks, edits and updates, and facilitate final approval of bill to ensure timely delivery to client).
• Handle the partner’s non-billable tasks, which includes printing, scanning, copying, filing, notary services, preparing documents, and shipping.
• Participates in focus groups, lunch and learns, and other knowledge sharing activity including the mentor program, when necessary.
This is a full-time position, hybrid 4 days a week (Fridays work remotely) in Chicago.
Compensation:
$90,000 to $105,000 per year annual salary.
This role is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, geographic location, education, and consideration of internal equity.

Skills and Requirements
• 3-5 years of executive assistant experience within an Am Law 100 firm
• Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organization and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel frequently and go into the office 4 days a week (Monday-Thursday)
• Bachelor’s degree • Experience handling international travel
