The Regulatory Compliance (RegComp) Legal Editor is responsible for the day-to-day monitoring of new legislations and product improvement. Primary responsibilities include: + drafting legislation updates; + QA of drafted alerts; + uploading of alerts; + uploading of new assets; + QA of uploaded assets; and + clean up and troubleshooting of existing assets. + To read and analyze case law, and other legal documents. + To generate high-quality editorial content based on own analysis. The content is delivered in English, based on some specifications and standards, and established house-style and quality framework. + To generate content while meeting the required productivity, accuracy level, timeliness, and currency deadlines. + To perform other duties that may be assigned. Close interaction with team members in Australia and within REPH is required to carry out the role effectively. Qualifications + Graduate of Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor + Must have a sound level of computer literacy + Must have legal research skills + Must have superior reading, legal comprehension and proofreading skills + Must have excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills + Must demonstrate project management skills and an ability to work to tight deadlines + Must have good relationship-building skills + Must have a sound commercial awareness + Must have advance analytical skills + Must be able to work on flexible schedule + Must not have any attendance and/or punctuality issues in the past 12 months + Must have not received any Disciplinary Action within the past 12 months We are committed to providing a fair and accessible hiring process.
