Legal Department and Claims Administrator
**Position Overview** The Legal Department and Claims Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support with the management of contracts and claims processes for Encore’s Legal Department. This position reports to the VP of Global Risk Management and Safety. **Key Job Responsibilities** **_Incident and Claims Administration_** + Provides support to Encore’s Claims Manager with incident reporting and intake setup, investigations and OSHA recordkeeping. + Coordinates with appropriate departments and provides guidance on various filing and process activities relating to claims management. **_Contract & Claim File Management_** + Ensures key contract terms and commissions are entered correctly into the contract management system. + Follows standards for processing, filing and organizing for all contracts and insurance claims related documents. + Produces reports as needed for venue agreements, chains, ownership, and management groups. **_Legal and Insurance Support_** + Manages the billing/expenses payments for Legal Department. + Provides timely responses to requests for certificates of insurance. + Supports the Legal Team, as needed. + Manages the arrangements for department meetings. **Job Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience + 3+ years’ experience in a Claim Adjuster / Coordinator or Contract / Legal Administration role + Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Navigator and Outlook + Excellent written and verbal skills + Strong organizational skills **Competencies** + Deliver World Class Service + Hospitality + Ownership + Do The Right Thing + Demonstrates Self-Awareness + Drive Results + Ensures Accountability + See The Big Picture + Decision Quality + Manages Complexity + Value People + Collaborates \#INDCORP Salary Pay Range: $61,610.00 - $83,858.00 The compensation offered for this role is determined based on the qualifications outlined in the job posting for the specified location. Final compensation is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant work experience, or particular skills and expertise. In addition, some positions may be eligible for other compensation such as potential overtime, bonuses or incentives.
