About the Role:

This role works closely with the Senior Legal Counsel and Head of Legal. The role is a senior advisor to the LN Pacific business, working directly with business leaders and their teams, providing advice on corporate and commercial matters and playing a key role in business projects.

Day to day the role will provide ongoing support and training to the business on different areas of law, including B2B contracting, IP/ IT law, corporate law and content licensing. The role will have significant engagement with the executive and various business functions.

Requirements:

·       8+ years PQE in private practice or inhouse

·       Inhouse or law firm experience in commercial, corporate, litigation or IT/IP law

·       Strong technical skills combined with commercial acumen

·       Leadership capability, both within team and across broader business

·       Excellent collaboration, relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills

·       A well-developed sense of curiosity

·       Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery

·       Passion for the rule of law and access to justice
