What you’ll do

As a Legal Counsel you will actively contribute to the legal support of business initiatives and ensure compliance within the highly regulated Telecommunications industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal Counsel to join our in-house legal team. You will actively contribute in supporting key business initiatives while ensuring compliance within the highly regulated telecommunications industry.

Key accountabilities:
•    Provide strategic, actionable legal advice to cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Business).
•    Manage litigation cases, coordinate external legal counsel, and represent the company before courts and regulatory authorities as needed.
•    Draft and review Board of Directors and General Assembly minutes; support corporate governance and ensure compliance with corporate law.
•    Assist in public procurement procedures and public tenders (RFIs/RFPs).
•    Support implementation of the internal compliance framework and contribute to the development of corporate policies.
•    Advise on a wide range of legal matters including corporate, labor, GDPR, and IP-related issues.
•    Draft, review, and negotiate a broad spectrum of contracts and legal documents.
•    Participate in due diligence processes and M&A transactions.

Who you are

•    Bachelor’s Degree in Law from an accredited law school. Master’s Degree is considered as a  plus.
•    4–8 years of proven post-qualification legal experience, gained in a law firm and/or in-house legal department.. 
•    Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively
•    Excellent Drafting and Negotiation Skills
•    Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken
•    Member of a Greek Bar Association
