Your journey to a meaningful career starts with ZF LIFETEC Your Task: + Provide legal advice on a broad range of general corporate matters; + Advise and support business clients on legal and compliance matters to ensure that the regional legal and compliance team is a strategic partner in regional business that identifies and effectively communicates risks and provides excellent solutions-oriented advice; + Contract drafting, negotiation and advisory responsibilities ranging from standard contracts to one-off transactions; + Support litigation activities, quality issues and related claims for the region; + Support mergers and acquisitions activities and corporate governance matters; + Assist in rolling out and managing compliance programs, give related compliance training and support compliance investigations. + Support global compliance team in updating various compliance policies and or training materials. Your Profile: + Proven experience of min. 5 years as a Legal Counsel or compliance expert in business/ automotive environment; + Excellent knowledge and understanding of commercial law and procedures; + Good knowledge in ethical business conduct, data compliance and/or export control legal framework; + High degree of professional ethics and integrity; + Sound judgement and ability to analyze situations and information; + Business and solution-oriented mindset; strong communication skills; + Law degree from reputable domestic or overseas universities; + Chinese and English Fluency Required, German, Spanish, Mandarin or another key European language preferable; + PRC Bar required.
