Your legal knowledge and contributions will help us ensure that we are supporting the needs and interests of the patients we serve. In this role, you will provide essential, highly specialized client and attorney support regarding all aspects of legal filings and administration in our Valencian office. For this role, travel is required only a couple times a year.
How you'll make an impact:
• Contract Management: Prepare, review, and negotiate basic business contracts; review and approve moderately complex agreements (e.g., MSAs, SOWs, supply, employment, NDAs); partner with business units to ensure compliance.
• Communication & Coordination: Serve as a liaison with internal business clients and external vendors; draft correspondence for attorneys and manage related documentation.
• Document & Process Management: Prepare and file legal documents and projects; secure necessary signatures and authorizations; maintain internal due dates and deadlines.
• Research & Analysis: Conduct legal research and perform moderately complex analysis across multiple jurisdictions (e.g., government agencies, vendors, outside counsel, embassies).
• Other Duties: Support leadership and attorneys with additional tasks as assigned.
What you'll need (Required):
• Bachelor's Degree in Legal studies, Paralegal or Contracts Management Certification, plus at least 3 years of related work experience.
• Proven expertise in MS Office Suite (e.g., Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in English, written and spoken.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

• Advanced problem-solving, critical thinking, and investigative skills.
• Expertise in analyzing and improving legal or contracting processes, including workflow design and automation.
• Experience with CLM systems and legal filing tools (e.g., eCounsel, iManage), as well as corporate reporting and docketing software.
• Familiarity with AI-driven productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot and other generative AI applications.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
