**Description and Requirements**
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Associate Specialist to join our Legal Department at Lenovo, focusing on AI Product Management. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in law, computer science, or data analysis to gain hands-on experience in the field of legal technology and artificial intelligence. The successful candidate will support the development and management of AI legal technology projects, contributing to the digital transformation of the Legal Department.
**Job** **Responsibilities:**
**1. Project Support**
Assist in conducting research on legal industry trends and AI developments, particularly in big data, AI, and legal technology. Support the exploration of product innovation opportunities in the legal domain. Provide support for market analysis, customer research, and product planning. Help draft and update Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) based on project needs. Monitor user feedback and competitor products, assisting in the optimization of products to enhance user experience. Participate in the product lifecycle management process, supporting marketing, product operations, and customer service activities.
**2. Legal Affairs Operations Support**
Collaborate with the Group's Data Technology (DT) and IT teams to support the operation of the Legal Department's contract management, litigation management, and legal entity management systems. Ensure their functionality and efficiency meet requirements. Assist in the evolution of Lenovo's AIGC Legal Affairs Platform, including the legal knowledge base, AI Q&A, and contract intelligent review system. Support the implementation of innovative solutions to enhance platform capabilities. Help analyze legal affairs data and contribute to the production of product analysis reports. Support efforts to optimize core product metrics such as visits, activity, retention, and conversion. Gain an understanding of the Legal Department's operations and team functions. Identify user needs and pain points, and propose solutions to improve operational efficiency.
**Job Requirements:**
**1. Education Background:** Bachelor's degree in law, computer science, data analysis, or related fields. Knowledge of natural language processing is a plus.
**2. Project Experience:** Up to 1 year of relevant work experience preferred; experience in project management or product development is a plus.
**3. Skills:**
+ Ability to assist in drafting PRD documents and conducting basic requirements analysis.
+ Basic technical communication and project coordination skills.
+ Strong learning ability and willingness to take on new challenges.
**4. Industry Enthusiasm:** Genuine interest in the legal technology industry and a desire to learn about the integration of legal business and AI technology.
**5. Language Skills:** Good English proficiency, with the ability to present products and write documents in English.
**6. Other Skills:** Strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly grasp the core needs of the business.
**Plus Points:**
+ Prior exposure to the legal technology field.
+ Basic understanding of large model RAG tuning, instruction optimization, and long-text segmentation.
