This requisition should focus mainly on Business Center services: printing/copying/scanning, mail related tasks, and shipping & receiving services. Assisting with hospitality services, which include setting up food and beverage service for meetings and events when needed, and reception coverage during breaks.
Assisting attorneys and business professionals with various tasks such as office and conference room reservations, food orders, daily office email communications, and front of house manager. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, dynamic personality with a passion for excellent customer service. The candidate should be proficient in using a laptop and various applications. Someone who learns quickly. Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.
Seeking candidates who are responsible for printing, copying, scanning, and helping maintain kitchens and coffee bars. They will also be delivering mail, sending out overnight packages and regular mail. Must have experience with copy/print and mail duties. There is no extensive lifting, standing or walking. Candidates should be a person with customer service experience is optimal. Some office experience but not necessary as they will be trained. Office and some hospitality is helpful. Must be neat in appearance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Requires a high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of related work experience. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the legal industry is highly desired.
ABILITY TO PROVIDE AN EXCELLENT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, UTILIZING STRONG CUSTOMER SERVICE, PERSONAL AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
Some related copy job experience is preferred. May require a valid driver’s license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage per Ricoh.
Working knowledge of copiers and other related equipment and repair is preferred.
Ability to utilize a mixture of hardware and software to support functions such as cost recovery, document management and advanced workflow.
Requires knowledge and understanding of shipping/receiving procedures.
Basic electronics knowledge is preferred.
Possesses the ability to work independently and flexibly to complete projects.
Possesses the ability to determine the correct method and packing material as well as check packing slips for accuracy of incoming materials.
Possesses the ability to comprehend instructions concerning mail delivery. Possesses troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
Possesses the ability to read and comprehend written technical information in the form of manuals, parts books, and related publications.
Possesses excellent customer relations skills and excellent verbal communication skills.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
