Role and Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an LED Territory Manager. The LED Territory Manager is responsible for active engagement with our existing and new channel partners across their territories to drive sales of All-In-One & custom LED solutions with key focus on pipeline and market share growth. The LED Territory Manager will focus on recruiting appropriate channel partners and/or driving LED sales in a define geography.

Sales:Focuses on growing LED adoption & partner relationshipsManages the opportunity life cycle and progressIs the primary owner of the opportunityManages the opportunity in SalesforceReports forecast updatesQueue’s up supporting teams to go deep regionallyBuild pipeline and expedite IQP to WIN deals away from competitionAssess all influencers and decision makersValue proposition and positioning of products, services, partnershipsDetermine factors that will potentially compromise deal & overcomeBridge facility and hardware, while focused on success of partnerNavigate SPA process, justification & service requirementsAdvises on BO qualification and LED solutionsProvides project oversight, concept to installationCreatively architects the solution and services needed to win the dealConsult on all aspects of display application & environmentConsult and Lead all budget discussions to aide in implications beyond the display hardwareAre or become trusted advisor, ask the right questions, and have the right answersProvide support to T2 on “top” LED deals in the regionDeep Technical Expertise on LEDProvide tactical action items as necessary to increase sales and brand awarenessManaging opportunities in Salesforce

Grow and develop new partner/reseller:Frequent presence in local systems integrator officesParticipate in joint sales callsPromote LED marketing programsSupport partners with necessary spec and information needsProvide Lunch and Learn, sales training, local show, or demo shootout support on site for their territoryPartner training and education of value and productConsult on opportunities and competitive positioning and sales strategiesSupport Sales teams as the knowledge center for LED displays and solutionsEngage directly with PM for pricing decisions, providing market intelligence, competitive information, and other market, customer, and partner feedbackActively grow adoption of channel marketing programs with partners to grow revenue within the channelUnderstand current market conditions to pivot Indoor LED sales approach with partners and customers.Broker the relationship between Samsung and opportunities in assigned geographic territoryDevelop internal key relationships with partner product managers, buyers, sales staff, etc.          Recommend business process improvements for increasing the efficiency of day-to-day operations specifically for LEDMaximize the ROI of Samsung’s marketing spend with assigned CSMAssist in the creation of marketing communications/programs for use by the T2 CSM team to promote LEDCreate and present proposals to the T2 Directors on revenue driving activities at each partner, including but not limited to MDF investment, targeted sales trainings, product promotions and discounts (web & print), and GIR programsAssist partners with questions such as lead times, pricing, order/shipping updates, and other support questionsParticipate in events, industry trade shows, and demos as requiredConduct and manage on-site and web trainings targeted to the channel teams and their partners             Assist with account reviews and quarterly business reviews, as required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Needs to be team oriented and possess excellent business skillsProblem-solving skills required; ideal candidate will be a decisive self-starterProven high-energy team player with sound decision-making backgroundDemonstrated excellent communications skills, written and verbal reqThe individual in this position must be self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal direction

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required6+ years selling commercial products within the IT channel desired. Preference for familiarity with digital signage displays.  MUST have background selling LED technology10+ years of experience in sales required with demonstrated ability to drive sales of a manufacturer’s full product line through channel partnersExperience using Salesforce or another CRM.Given the territorial coverage, seeking candidates residing in California, Arizona, Oregon, Washington or NevadaAbility to work independently and travel within assigned geographic territory (up to 50% of the time).
