Position Overview We are seeking a skilled LED Specialist with strong electrical and LED installation experience to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with channel letters, metal fabrication, welding, and custom sign building. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality, durable work within deadlines. Key Responsibilities + Fabricate and assemble channel letters and custom signage. + Install and wire LED lighting systems, power supplies, and other electrical components. + Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications. + Cut, bend, and shape materials such as aluminum, steel, and acrylic using shop equipment. + Perform MIG/TIG welding and grinding to complete metal structures. + Safely operate fabrication tools including shears, brakes, saws, drills, and routers. + Ensure all fabricated products meet quality and safety standards. + Collaborate with design and installation teams to complete projects efficiently. + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Qualifications + 3+ years of experience in fabrication, welding, or sign making (channel letter experience preferred). + Proven experience with LED systems, wiring, and electrical troubleshooting. + Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and metalworking equipment. + Ability to read technical drawings and fabricate accurately to specifications. + Strong knowledge of MIG/TIG welding techniques. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment. + OSHA, electrical, or welding certifications a plus.
