We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Service Team at Mercer.
This role will be based in Philippines. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

What you need to have:
Bachelor’s Degree Holder
Effective communicator, both verbally and written, with strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrable experience in handling employee or customer concerns
Ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic environment
Excellent organizational skills and collaborate with colleagues
Proficient skills with MS Office Suite – Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Amenable to work on Mid-shift

Experienced working in HR with sound background in Shared Services or supporting global colleagues
Experienced BPO professional with experience handling UK clients.
