At Veralto we are seeking a Leave & Disability Specialist, EMEA, HR Shared Services, to contribute to the mission of the Shared Services team, which is to deliver the best associate experience and enable our HR teams and associates to focus on the highest-value work through operational excellence, technology and analytics.. As a Leave & Disability Specialist, EMEA you will be a key member of the wider HR team, which is committed to building a workplace that fuels growth, for the business and each one of us. This position is located in Czechia, and is remote. **In this role, you will:** + Be(come) the Subject Matter Expert for your specialty area (e.g. Leave & Disability), providing clear, accurate guidance in your specialty area, executing Standard Work, and supporting other specialty areas when needed. + Manage and resolve tickets end‑to‑end, including escalations from Tier 1 and Tier 2, meeting or exceeding SLAs and quality standards. + Act as a liaison with associates, providers, government agencies, and third‑party vendors to ensure seamless processes, accurate data flow, and a positive associate experience. + Coordinate and process accommodation requests in full compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining clear and timely communication with associates, managers, and HR partners. + Ensure regulatory compliance across state, country, and regional requirements related to your specialty area. + Partner with Centres of Excellence, external vendors, and internal stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and support cross‑functional collaboration. + Collaborate with the Global Process Owner to build, enhance, and train on Standard Work, including maintaining centralized documentation (contracts, policies, guides, handbooks). + Work closely with the Knowledge & Quality Lead to keep the knowledge base accurate, up to date, and aligned with service standards. + Define success metrics, report on performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives, while contributing to special projects (e.g., M&A, new program implementations). **The essential requirements of the job include:** + 5+ years of experience in Shared Services or a related HR role, with direct exposure to the relevant specialty area. + Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience). + Fluency in English plus at least one regional support language (e.g., German, Dutch, French, Spanish or Italian). + Strong understanding of specialty‑related policies and regulations, with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and an associate‑centric approach. + Skilled in problem‑solving and trend identification, and is comfortable analysing data to identify trends and solutions. + Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), and the ability to work effectively in a changing environment. ​ With annual sales of $5 billion, Veralto is a global leader in essential technology solutions with a proven track record of solving some of the most complex challenges we face as a society.
