Amergis Healthcare Staffing is looking for qualified Leave and Benefits Administrator.

The Leaves of Absence & Benefits Analyst will administer employee benefits and leave programs (FMLA, WC, ADA, etc.), ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company policies and provide guidance to employees and managers on benefits and leave-related matters. This position will play a critical part in ensuring that employees are well-informed about their benefits options and that all leave requests are handled efficiently and in accordance with company policies and legal requirements

Qualifications 2 or more yrs experience in benefits administration & leave management. Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, IRS, ACA, DOL and other relevant laws and regulations. Experience with HRIS systems and benefits administration software.
