Leasing Specialist
Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Leasing Contract Specialist to support multiple locations with the preparation, review, and management of lease agreements. This role requires a strong understanding of legal terminology and contract language, as well as the ability to collaborate across departments and ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations. Responsibilities: + Draft, review, and revise commercial lease agreements and related documents for multiple properties. + Interpret and apply legal language to ensure contracts align with company policies and legal requirements. + Coordinate with property managers, legal counsel, and external landlords to facilitate lease negotiations and approvals. + Track lease terms, renewal dates, and critical deadlines to ensure timely execution and maintain organized records of all lease documentation and correspondence. + Identify and escalate potential legal or operational risks within lease agreements. + Assist in the development and implementation of standardized leasing procedures across locations. Qualifications: + 3+ years of experience in lease administration, contract management, or real estate operations. + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Real Estate, or related field. + Strong grasp of legal jargon and ability to interpret complex lease language. + Excellent communication and negotiation skills. + High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and lease management software. + Paralegal certification or legal experience. + Experience supporting multi-site operations. + Familiarity with commercial real estate laws and leasing practices. Work Environment: Working in leasing offers exposure to a variety of industries, including real estate, automotive, tech, and construction. This role provides hands-on experience with contracts, negotiations, customer service, and compliance, sharpening legal and financial literacy. Each lease presents unique challenges, terms, and locations, ensuring a diverse and impactful work experience. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $52.80 - $74.00/hr.
