Description We are looking for a skilled Leasing Professional to join our team on a contract basis in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. This role involves overseeing property management operations, ensuring efficient processes, and maintaining tenant satisfaction for residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. • Coordinate leasing activities, including tenant screenings, lease negotiations, and renewals. • Address tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction. • Oversee property maintenance, scheduling repairs and inspections as needed. • Maintain accurate records of property expenses, income, and contracts using Yardi software. • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to standards. • Assist in budgeting and financial reporting for property operations. • Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects. • Prepare and distribute notices, updates, and communications to tenants. • Monitor market trends to recommend competitive rental rates and property improvements. Requirements • Proven experience in property management for residential and/or commercial properties. • Familiarity with leasing processes, including tenant screenings and lease agreements. • Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle property operations efficiently. • Excellent communication skills to interact with tenants, vendors, and contractors. • Knowledge of local property regulations and compliance requirements. • Ability to analyze financial data and prepare property budgets. • Detail-oriented with the ability to conduct thorough property inspections.
