Job Description

Position Summary

As an Intern, you will work largely on a project-based assignment supporting our Leasing function at the company. You will have the opportunity to partner across teams and senior leaders to learn from them as they have built extraordinary careers in commercial real estate.

Responsibilities

Lead a summer long project analyzing demographics, sales, development and leasing activity across properties

Assist with tenant prospecting, lead generation and leveraging social media to source new concepts to better identify trends in the market

Will have exposure with all parts of the dealmaking process and interaction with cross functional departments to better understand the leasing dealmaking cycle.

Provide support for lease-related tasks including data entry and preparing reports and other lease documents

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications           

High School Diploma or GED required

Currently enrolled in College or University (December 2026 through May 2027 Graduation Date Preferred)

Self-motivated and proactive, both with respect to managing workload and own professional development

Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines

Excellent interpersonal, creative, analytical and problem-solving ability

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to coordinate multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

Highly motivated to succeed in a team environment

Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word, as well as Argus/Dyna software highly preferred

Compensation

Salary type: Non-Exempt

Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly

Hourly Compensation: $22.50
