Job Description Summary

The Leasing Executive/Leasing Manager is expected to contribute and deliver optimum business revenue generating leads and clients. The role of this position enables the team to achieve the target revenue, builds strong business acumen strategies, provides insights on current market trends, and manages existing and future Clients.

About the Role:

Business Development & Leasing

Identify and evaluate new leasing opportunities through proactive market research and asset inspections.

Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners through meetings, presentations, and strategic engagement.

Involved in negotiations to secure Heads of Agreement and finalize lease documentation.

Brokerage & Market Intelligence

Build a comprehensive and accurate database of market data and intel

Develop a highly reputable Office Market Report and Business Development tools that clients prefer to use

Drive canvassing efforts to generate tenant opportunities and expand the client base.

Collaborate with agents and industry stakeholders to gather market intelligence and maintain an up-to-date database.

Client Servicing & Advisory

Act as a trusted advisor by providing clients with strategic market insights and transaction advice.

Conduct regular leasing meetings to align strategy, progress, and client priorities.

Implement tailored marketing plans/proposals and manage negotiations with clients and tenants.

 

About you:

At least 1-2 years of sales/business development experience for the Executive role and at least 4 years sales/business development experience for the Manager role

At least a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Real Estate or marketing course.

A resilient, self motivated hunter who thrives on generating new business and expanding market share

Experience & knowledge across a broad range of corporate real estate activities is useful but not essential

Ability to build pipeline from scratch - including cold outreach, networking, referrals, events etc.

Ability to work and thrive in a fast paced, high growth team environment

Demonstrated ability to act upon client instructions and to negotiate outcomes in line with client expectations.
