Shift: 40 hours per week (Travel may be required to Kirksville at times)

You will address resident concerns, manage leasing processes, support retention, and help ensure housing stability for those we serve. Key Responsibilities:
Manage Leasing: Handle leasing, marketing, and resident relations effectively
Application Processing: Process applications, maintain accurate and organized records
Inquiry Handling: Respond to resident inquiries and coordinate services
Maintenance Oversight: Ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues and maintain property compliance
Rent Management: Oversee rent collection and maintain proactive communication with residents
Retention Strategies: Implement retention efforts and ensure annual housing inspections are conducted
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
Two years of experience in a similar role preferred
Bachelor’s degree in a human services-related field is preferred
Required License/Certification (one of the following):
Current driver’s license
Acceptable driving record
Current auto insurance
Additional Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with diverse groups
Attention to detail and high accuracy in managing documentation
