This opportunity is located at our new development, 700 Broadway, in Santa Monica! Located at the intersection of Lincoln Boulevard and Broadway, 700 Broadway is a transformative mixed-use development that will be a gateway to Downtown Santa Monica. 700 Broadway includes 280 rental apartments, of which 30% are reserved for low-income and middle-income households, a 30,000 square foot park, approximately 34,000 square feet of community-serving retail, and a 53,500 square foot state-of-the-art Vons urban market. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS A LEASING CONSULTANT Expert Matchmaking: Skillfully pairing our clients with the perfect luxury property based on their unique desires and lifestyle preferences. Impeccable Service: Delivering white-glove service that exceeds our clients' expectations at every touch-point, from the initial inquiry to move-in day and beyond. Personalized Consultation: Conducting in-depth consultations to understand potential resident’s needs, aspirations, and any additional requirements they may have. Property Showcase: Showcasing the most stunning and exclusive properties through virtual tours, on-site visits, and other creative means to leave our clients breathless. Negotiation Skills: Navigating lease agreements and working closely with property leadership to ensure the best possible terms and conditions for our clients. COMPENSATION Starting at $55,000 - $60,000 / yearly Robust commission structure with an annual bonus that is tied to performance Qualifications WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Passion for Luxury Leasing: Prior experience in property management, hospitality, or sales. Prior lease up experience required, preferrably in a luxury environment. Exceptional Communication: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with ease. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities, allowing you to think on your feet and find creative solutions to exceed clients' expectations. Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail to ensure no stone is left unturned when it comes to providing an impeccable experience for our residents. Market Savviness: A solid understanding of the luxury real estate market and the latest trends in luxury leasing. Tech Enthusiast: Proficiency in leveraging technology tools and platforms including Microsoft Office, calendar management, our internal applicant database software (Yardi) and social media seamlessly. Bring it every day: Possess a readiness to execute on whatever task is thrown your way with a combination of hard work, grit, and perseverance. Flexible scheduler: You’re able to work non-traditional hours, including one weekend day a week. Doing the right thing: Always, in all ways, even when no one's watching.
