Leasing Consultant

**Job Summary:**
The Leasing Consultant is responsible for assisting prospective and current residents with leasing and providing excellent customer service. This role involves showcasing the property, handling leasing paperwork, and ensuring a positive living experience for residents while supporting the overall occupancy and retention goals of the community.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Greet, engage, and build rapport with prospective residents, providing property tours and highlighting amenities.
+ Respond promptly to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries regarding availability, pricing, and leasing options.
+ Accurately complete lease applications, and related paperwork in compliance with property policies and legal requirements.
+ Maintain knowledge of market conditions, competitor properties, and industry trends to maximize leasing opportunities.
+ Ensure model units and common areas are clean, well-maintained, and ready for tours.
+ Build positive relationships with current residents by addressing concerns, processing service requests.
+ Support marketing efforts, including social media updates, outreach, and community events to attract new residents.
+ Collaborate with the property management team to meet occupancy, retention, and revenue goals.
+ Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, rent collection, and maintaining resident files.
**Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
+ Prior leasing, sales, or customer service experience strongly preferred.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
+ Basic computer proficiency (property management software experience a plus).
+ Professional appearance and demeanor.
**Pay Details:** $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
