Leasing Agent

Adecco is currently hiring for a Leasing Agent on behalf of our client, a leader in residential property management. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong customer service skills and an interest in real estate and leasing!
**Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM + Rotating Saturdays 10am - 5pm
**Pay Rate:** $20-22/hr
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Greet prospective residents and conduct property tours
+ Process lease applications and qualify potential residents
+ Coordinate with marketing to place online ads and maintain property signage
+ Support the Community Manager with administrative tasks, including answering phones and maintaining office operations
+ Keep an up-to-date market analysis of nearby competitors
+ Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
+ Effectively highlight property features and community benefits
+ Identify and improve upon sales strategies to convert prospects
+ Accurately prepare and complete lease documents
**Qualifications:**
+ 1–2 years of high-quality customer service experience required
+ Previous leasing or lease-up experience preferred
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Marketing skills and the ability to promote features and services
+ Professional appearance and positive, team-oriented attitude
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and basic computer tasks
+ Must be available to work weekends and rotating Saturdays

**Pay Details:** $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
