As a Leasing Floater and Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a vital dual role supporting some of the city’s most distinguished residential communities.

 

In this hybrid position, you’ll seamlessly alternate between front-line leasing support-assisting high-profile prospects and residents- and providing essential administrative and operational assistance to ensure smooth functioning of our leasing offices. You’ll gain exposure to a dynamic portfolio of luxury properties while working alongside top-tier professionals and engaging with an elite clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

Leasing and Sales:Act as the primary leasing consultant at assigned properties on an as-needed basis.Conduct property tours, highlighting the features and benefits of our luxury residences and community amenities.Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the property market, competitors, and industry trendsAchieve and exceed leasing targets by converting leads into leases across multiple locationsSupport on-site teams during peak leasing periods, team transitions, or staff absencesUtilize property management software (e.g., Yardi, Rent Café) and CRM systems (Salesforce) effectivelyMaintain cleanliness and staging standards in model units, leasing offices, and tour pathsFollow Fair Housing laws and company leasing policies at all timesCustomer Service:Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.Build and maintain strong relationships with residents to ensure high retention and satisfaction ratesRespond promptly and professionally to inquiries, concerns, and service requests phone, emailResolve resident issues with empathy and urgency, escalating to management as necessaryMarketing and Outreach:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and promotional activities.Assist with community events, resident engagement, and networking opportunities to enhance the property's visibility and attract potential residents.Ensure that property availabilities are listed on the property website in accordance with site-specific directivesAdministrative Duties:Accurately process leasing applications, credit checks, and other required documentation.Maintain detailed and organized records of all leasing activities and communications.Input and update data in property management software (eg. Yardi, Rent Café) and CRM systemsManage lease renewals, notices to vacate, and resident correspondence as neededAssist with scheduling appointments, coordinating move-ins/move-outsSupport property audits, inspections, and compliance tasks as required

 

Compensation: 

$62,400+ Commission + Discretionary Bonus

Qualifications

Real Estate Sales License (NYC)Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury rental or condo property leasingProven track record of meeting and surpassing leasing targets in a competitive environmentStrong understanding of leasing principles, real estate best practices, and customer service excellenceSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-drivenCollege degree or coursework preferredDemonstrated proficiency in working with computers including Microsoft Office,  calendar management, software/database, and social mediaExcellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skillsStrong sales acumen with a hospitality-minded approachProficient in managing an internal applicant databaseAvailable to work a flexible schedule, including weekendsYardi or similar software experience preferred  Prior experience in leasing, sales, or hospitality preferred
