Role Overview

Conduct routine checks on all well sites as per schedule. Monitor production equipment, compressors, wellheads, dehydrators, and meters. Manage daily fluid production; gauge and record oil and water tanks; maintain seal records. Participate in periodic well review meetings to assess performance. Analyze production-related issues and collaborate with foreman and leads for troubleshooting. Submit daily data and timely reports and tickets. Inspect lease sites for cleanliness and maintenance; check for spills and leaks. Routinely inspect pumping units, compressors, and other equipment for maintenance. Provide relief assistance as needed. Maintain regular communication with production supervisor and relief operator. Perform light maintenance on equipment. Execute other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

Gauge Understanding: Ability to interpret gauges, dials, and indicators for machine operation. Maintenance Skills: Proficient in performing routine maintenance on machinery and equipment. Communication: Strong ability to provide information effectively via various channels. Interpersonal Skills: Capable of working and communicating with all levels of personnel. Computer Proficiency: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn company-specific software.

Education & Experience

Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: At least 2 years as a Lease Operator. Preferred: Vocational training in machinery operation or oil and gas production.
